Why & how we do what we do

Creating a great website—one that shows your business exactly how you want it to be seen—can be daunting. But we believe (we know!) that when done right, your brand and website become powerful, long-lasting tools driving your business. To get there for you, we stay rooted in a few key values.

We like to work quickly, and we absolutely believe a great brand and website can take weeks as opposed to months. We do this by taking on a limited number of clients (we value quality over quantity!). While sprinting towards ambitious timelines, we tirelessly sweat the details —both aesthetic and technical—of every project.

Above all else, brands & websites are tools to help your company thrive. Before anything, we want to learn about your business and understand your target outcomes. That information then guides every decision we make.

The Saint Scout process is informed by deep experience across both marketing and tech. This unusual combination is what lets us expertly balance form (how your website & brand look) and function (how it works and how its built).

All projects are lead by Saint Scout’s founder, Anna. She fancies herself a great listener and a transparent, good-humored communicator. She’s someone who genuinely loves learning the ins and outs of businesses, and understanding how she can help bring your vision to life.

Signature services

Thoughtfully designed, well-built websites that attract your ideal clients are our bread & butter. But because impactful sites require a strong design foundation, we start by assessing and meeting your branding needs.

Sometimes this means creating a “minimum viable brand,” and other times it means a more thorough branding (or re-branding) process. Once a strong visual & strategy foundation are set, website copywriting, site design and development magic can come in.

FAQ

Still have questions?

A wide range! However, small-to-mid sized companies (or solopreneurs) who provide a professional service or a trade are right up our alley.

While Anna leads all projects, after assessing your project goals and scope she'll assemble the perfect team to match your needs. For smaller projects, Anna will likely work solo with you. For larger projects, she’ll enlist trusted specialists to support some aspects of the work.

We believe in empowering clients with everything they need to feel comfortable managing their site themselves (think: making copy changes, adding to your blog, updating photos). But as a part of our services, if anything comes up while you’re getting used to your new site, we offer post-launch support for anywhere from 1 week to 1 month (package-dependent).

We generally book 3-6 weeks in advance. We’ve found that often this window is perfect for tackling some “pre work” to ensure that when the project starts, everything is in order to hit the ground running. However, if your project has a tight timeline, let us know. We’ll always make our best effort to make it work.

We don’t believe in imposing a “one-size-fits-all” website builder onto all projects. One of our services is assessing the specific needs of your site, and making a suggestion based on what you tell us. That being said, most commonly we land on Webflow or Framer.

Short answer: yes! If you need a set of brand assets (for example: business cards, letterheads, presentations etc.) we are happy to discuss and add these onto the scope of your project.

It depends on a few factors, including the size of the site and the complexity of its functionality. To give you a ballpark idea, we’ve tackled some fairly ambitious projects in anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.
